Patient's Responsibilities
  • Providing information pertaining to health and its safety.
  • Easy access to the concerned desk regarding way of admission and its related information.
  • To provide easy access to required health services to senior aged and disabled people.
  • Provision of knowledge for healthcare moralities and high class professional service.
  • To provide complete information regarding healthcare and allied staff.
  • Alternative opinion so that, better healthcare may be provided.
  • Only one attendant is allowed with the patient.
  • Except in emergency, medical treatment will be given according to your option including the facility of tests and screening.
  • Medical information of the patient will be kept confidential.
  • Treatment will be provided with equality and without any discrimination irrespective of cast, color, creed, religion or financial status.
  • To provide First Aid in Emergency and refer them to concerned department or Hospital.
  • Awareness with how to settle fight and complaints.
  • Consent to be any part of research.
Patients’ rights
  • Take care of cleanliness.
  • Providing accurate and complete information to the best of his/her knowledge as required in the present circumstances.
  • Reporting unexpected change in his/her condition.
  • Adhering to the treatment plan prescribed to him/her.
  • Taking responsibility for his/her actions to treatment plan prescribed to him/her.
  • Ensuring that the financial obligations of his/her care are full filled as promptly as possible.
  • Following the health care facilities rules and regulations relating to patient care and conduct of others including carers, visitors and others. Behaving in a courteous and polite manner which is non-threatening. Refraining from conducting any illegal actually while he/she is at their premises.
  • Informing of any change of address and other requisite information.
  • Children under 10years of age are not allowed with visitors.
  • Use of mobile is prohibited.
  • Use of smoking, Gutka, Pan, tobacco and spitting is not allowed.
